New modular home with a terrace, after agreement possible active use of part of the garden. The usable area of the house is 48 square meters, the terrace with garden furniture facing south has 12 square meters.
The house has all basic equipment, TV, internet connection, air conditioning, electric heaters, washing machine, drying machine, iron, hair drier, dishes etc.
Two parking spaces are on a fenced plot.
Public transport in the direction of ÄŒerný most metro B is 8 minutes walk, Prague Klánovice train station 10 minutes by car.
Shopping center and shop Billa 15 min walk.
The village has exemplary civic amenities, there is the possibility of sports, weekend markets, near the forest. After the agreement is possible to extend the rent for longer period than one year.
