Situated close to Praça dos Poveiros, Rua Santa Catarina, Mercado do Bolhão and just a 5-minute walk from Campo 24 de Agosto Metro Station, this apartment offers all the amenities necessary for a memorable stay.
With bright and functional decor, the apartment has air conditioning, balcony, Smart TV and internet. It is perfect for a couple, individual traveler or executives looking for comfort and centrality during their stay in the city of Porto.
The apartment is part of a recently reconstructed building and is located on the first floor, easily accessible via wide, beautiful stairs. It has a compact kitchen integrated into the living room, bright and with a dining area, a bathroom with shower and a balcony.
Here, you will have all the amenities necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Furthermore, the location is wonderful, just a 5-minute walk from Campo 24 de Agosto Station and the Camionagem center, with a bus stop at the door. The area offers a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, pastry shops, cafes, etc.
A walk on foot will allow you to discover the city's main tourist attractions, such as Avenida dos Aliados, Estação de S. Bento, Sé, Torre dos Clérigos, Café Majestic, Capela das Almas, Livraria Lello, Palácio de Cristal, Palácio da Bolsa , Rua das Flores, Ribeira, Rua de Santa Catarina, Praça dos Poveiros, Rua de Cedofeita, Praça da República, among others.
To get to the apartment, you can use the metro, with a direct trip from the airport to Campo 24 de Agosto station, lasting between 40 and 45 minutes. The metro station is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Another option is to use a taxi or Uber, or even contact us to coordinate a personalized transfer service with a professional driver who will pick you up at the airport.
If you arrive by train, there is also a direct metro connection between Campanhã Station and Campo 24 de Agosto Station (approximately 10 minutes). For those traveling by bus, leaving from the Campo 24 de Agosto Bus Station, the apartment is just a 5-minute walk away.
It is possible to park on the street and in the streets surrounding the apartment. On-street parking is paid during weekdays (limited to 2 or 4 hours depending on the location) from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturdays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. During other periods and on Sundays and holidays, parking is free.
There is also public parking nearby:
- Modelo Continente Supermarket - 50 meters from the apartment, but only open from 8am to 9pm.

Other things to keep in mind
- "Self-Catered" apartment. All basic items are provided to start your stay, including toiletries (shower gel, shampoo), toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a welcome courtesy. No replacements or replacements are provided. All remaining items must be purchased by the guest.
- Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests defined in the reservation. For stays longer than one week, additional sets will be provided.
- For stays longer than fifteen days, cleaning and linen changes will be provided (generally in the middle of the stay) and are arranged directly with the guest. Additional cleanings will incur the cost of the cleaning fee.

- Check-in time starts from 3pm until 9pm (additional cost of R$25 for check-ins after 9pm) and check-out must be completed by 11am.
- On the day of your arrival, we or a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To organize your arrival, we would appreciate it if you let us know your estimated time of arrival as soon as possible. If you arrive by plane and provide us with your flight number, we will be able to track your arrival.
- A set of keys will be provided at check-in and must be returned at check-out. Loss or damage to the key set may incur additional costs.
- The apartment has air conditioning.
- On Smart TV, only Streaming service APPs (Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV, HBO, etc.) are available and not the respective accounts. Therefore, to be used, guests must use their own accounts.
- The quiet period in Portugal is between 10pm and 8am, and the night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that may disturb neighbors are prohibited.
