The apartment is bright and spacious and the view from the balcony over the Tagus River is amazing!
Furnished living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 office and 2 bathrooms, this apartment is perfect for a couple looking for their new home.
Close to MAAT museum and not far from the historic centre of Belém it is just a short bicycle/bus/tram ride away to downtown.
Excellent public transportation access, with bus/tram stop in front of the building (714, 727, 751, E15) and boat/train station a 5-minute walk away.
Free street parking and a car park at the back of the building.
A grocery shop, a bakery, and automatic laundry are located across the street.
