Big Mansard in Bica neighborhood with River View
The Bica Mansard is a bright and sunny apartment at the intersection of the districts Chiado, Santa Catarina, Bairro Alto and São Paulo, simply called Bica. It's situated in a historic neighbourhood on Lisboa's south hill towards the Tejo river.
It has all the conditions and comfort of a modern house, and, other than one might expect from a mansard, it is very well tempered thanks to a totally new roof insulation.
