Lovely small farmhouse located in BARRIL, a quiet countryside village just 5 minutes away from Calada beach and 12 km from ERICEIRA village and its beautiful beaches (São Lourenço, Ribeira d` Ilhas, Coxos, etc).
Single storey-house inserted in a lot of 1.179 m2, with a great garden and various fruit trees, a large and relaxing patio with a dining area and barbecue.
Ideal for a family or a small group of friends who want to spend a few relaxing days in nature and also being close to the beach.
Indoor area:
The single- storey house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, consisting of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and other with two single beds) and a living room with a double sofa bed (ideal for a couple or two children).
It has a spacious kitchen fully equipped with a cooking area and a cozy dining area with vintage furniture that remembers our grandparents` home.
It has one bathroom with window and equipped with shower, washstand, bidet and toilet.
Outdoor area:
The house has a large patio with a relaxing area, a dining area and barbecue.
It has a lovely garden, a perfect place to chill out and enjoy the view to the organic orchard of various fruit trees (pear, apple, fig, lemon, orange, olive, quince, plum, sloe and pomegranate).
