Bright & Quiet Room at Belém
This room is a great finding!
It has a cosy environment and very spacious ambiance.
Our apartment is located at Ajuda, a neighbourhood the top of Belém, close to the Lisbon Tropical Garden and to Estufa Real.
This is a historical and quiet neighbourhood which is surrounded by parks and gardens: Monsanto Park and Ajuda Botanical Garden.
We are also very close to Tapada da Ajuda e Tapada das Necessidades, and Parque dos Moinhos.
As we are at the top of Belem, Lisbon's most touristic area, all means of transportation arrive/depart from here:
bus lines (727, 714, 760, 728, 742, 729), tram (15E), train, and electric cart (18) and also a boat station (estação fluvial de Belém) that connects us to Caparica Beach!
As hosts, we are a couple: a brazilian writer and language teacher (Fernanda) and a portuguese bartender (Nuno).
Fernanda have been living here for more than 5 years and Nuno was born on this neighbourhood, which is to say we are the best guides when it comes to discovering Lisbon's secret spots, like places in Belém that tourists neglet to see...
Please note: 1- we have only one room available for rent at this rate. 2- We have two cats at our house.
