Fully furnished and renovated apartment 1 + 1. The apartment consists of a separate bedroom, separate kitchen, entrance hall, bathroom, and cleaning room, where you can place a washing machine. The apartment is ideally located in a prestigious part of Prague, Královské Vinohrady in Jana Masaryka Street. Very good public transport access throughout Prague (metro 300m, tram 100m). There are many cafés, restaurants, and shops in the area.
The apartment is equipped with: satellite TV, safe, direct dial telephone, WIFI, fire protection system, and fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator.
CITY TAX is applicable for stays lees than 60 nights. The amount is 50CZK pe person (older than 18 years) per night. The CITY TAX will be payed directly (cash or credit card) to the landlord.
