Ground floor apartment in the heart of the city. The flat is on the ground floor of a quiet building, close to Váci utca. The entrance door is from the courtyard, all the windows are facing to the inner courtyard too. The nicely renovated five storey high historic building has a street front (a bank and the restaurant locating there), and a romantic inner courtyard with flats. Nice room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Two galleries for resting and sleeping, which can accomodate three people comfortably. Wi-fi, irons, cutlery, duvets, vacuum cleaners, electric kettles etc. are provided for the tenants.
The apartment floor size: 37 m2, plus additional 8 + 10 m2 sleeping area.
