This recently reconstructed basement 1 bedroom apartment is fully fusnished and also equipped with basical appliances (except of washing maschine which is possible to add if will be required). The apartment is located in a building in attractive part of Brno - Královo Pole, in Skácelova street. In front of the house is available bus station and here is also tram station near this apartment. It takes only 15 minutes to the center by tram. Behind the house is parking place. You can find lots of shops, restaurants banks, pharmacies and schools nearby.
The apartment consists of one main room which is used like kitchen, living room and bedroom. Here is also separated toilet and shower. The kitchen unit is equipped with cooker, oven, microwave and fridge. Internet connection and cabel TV are available too.
Monthly rent includes all charges.
