This pleasant apartment of 35 square meters is located in the Kobylisy district, in a quiet location with family houses and villas. If you do not like the idea of streets crowded with tourists that you would have to push every morning, then it is the right apartment for you! Within three minutes, you can reach ÄŽáblický háj, a largepark-landscaped forest, which hides natural monument Ládví or the ÄŽáblická Observatory, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. Within two minutes you will reach the bus stop ÄŽáblický hrbitov with a number of connections that will take you to Wenceslas Square or Central Station within 30 minutes. In 20 minutes you can reach the Ládví red metro line C (around which is Albert, Iceland, several restaurants, bio-shop, ATMs, post office, pharmacy, drug stores, banks, etc.).
In the vicinity of the apartment you can find restaurants or bars, but also a supermarket, tennis courts or beach volleyball courts.
Modern apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house from the 70s of the 20th century. The entrance and corridor are shared with a larger apartment on the first and second floor where I live with my wife and three children, otherwise it is a separate apartment. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed, the room with large windows is furnished with two writing tables and a wardrobe too.
The separate kitchen is very well equipped. An electric stove, oven or microwave can help you while cooking, but there is also a refrigerator with a freezer or a kettle. You can enjoy the wonderful meal at the dining table for four. The bright bathroom provides a shower and a toilet. Part of the flat is also a technical room with a washing machine. You can also use the small outdoor terrace with outdoor seating.
Unfortunately you can not partk around the house without the permanent residence due to blue zones. At weekends and on a weekday night from 20:00 to 08:00, the blue zone does not apply if your visit want to park in the surroundings.
