However thanks to the windows leading to the courtyard is apartment calm and quiet. Veverí is a renowned street with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and many small shops. The house is adjacent to the Faculty of Arts of the Masaryk University, a short distance away is Brno University of Technology. Within five minutes you will reach the Neo-Gothic Church of Jan Amos Komensky, known as the Red Church (ÄŒervený kostel). The foot of the hill with castle and fortress Å pilberk surrounded by a popular park you will reach in seven minutes. To other parks - Tyršové sady and Lužánky you get within ten minutes. In vicinity of the apartment you will discover Buranteatr Theater, but also a hospital, a pharmacy and a supermarket.
