Light & Bright 2-bed apt in Poble Sec
The apartment is 56-square meters with two bedrooms (both doubles), a separate kitchen, bathroom and bright galleria with charming views. It`s fully equipped with all the amenities you`d expect in a household, including high-speed reliable internet (I haven`t had a single issue in 4 years).
The apartment is my home for most of the year, but as always, I leave the city in the summer so it will be available from mid-May until October. It has been rented out to dozens of guests over the past decade on various platforms without a single complaint.
It is situated in the vibrant Poble Sec neighborhood, which is a stone`s throw away from the green and clean Montjuic, the trendy bar vibes of Sant Antoni, and a 25-minute walk to Las Rambles (8 mins by metro). The metro stations Poble Sec (2 mins) and Espanya (5 mins) are close by.
As is typical for the neighbourhood, the building does not have an elevator, and it is 78 steps to reach the apartment, so it may not be suitable for young children.
To comply with local authority regulations, the minimal possible stay is for 32 nights.
