Apartment located on the ground floor of a renovated building in Bonfim, a cosmopolitan and vibrant area of Porto characterized by its numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as being very close to the city center!
Please note that street parking is limited.
The large French windows flood the space with natural light, warming the environment and making it even more inviting. This invitation is complemented by modern and minimalist decor in relaxing tones.

Comprising an elegant and comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning, and a Smart TV, as well as a dining table. A fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare your meals with ease.

Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included), and washing and dishwashing machines.
- Bedroom
Perfectly lit by the large windows that open to a small patio, it features a double bed (140cm x 200cm) and a large wardrobe to keep your belongings organized!

Additional Information:
* The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
* Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
* The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
* Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
* During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
* Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
* City Tax will be charged according to the law, for the first 7 nights.
* Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
