Three bedroom apartment
The apartment is arranged over two floors:
The ground floor comprising of a living room (modern flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas), directly connected to the fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc) with a large dining table and the windows flooding the room with natural light. On this floor there is also one bedroom and a restroom with toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.
The second floor offers two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a galleried living area which is bathed in natural light from the large windows.
If you wish to reserve a parking place, we will book it for you for 10€/night.
Please note, that having loud parties or any activities that may bother other guests are strictly prohibited.
All of our apartments are non-smoking.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and results EUR 200.00 penalty.
Please be informed that the air-conditioner cooling system is only available between 1 June and 31 October.
All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
