Modern, 50m2 apatment with a big patio and 100 m2 garden with direct access from the living and bed -room. The apartment is situated in a beautiful renovated 19th century town house on an attractive, quiet street in a premier position in Vinohrady. Tastefully furnished, a few minutes from Jiriho z Podebrad metro station A, tram 10, 16 , (direct connection to the center - 10 min to downtown) .Numerous shops, cafes, a farmer market, delis, restaurants and bars. The space consists of entrance space with fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower and toilet. Living room features contemporary sofa bed (possible to convert to a full size 160cmx 200m wide bed. Bedroom features a dobble bed (160x 200 cm wide), WiFi is free of charge. The kitchen features: dishwasher, glass ceramic cooking plate, fridge. oven, microwave, coffee machine. It is stocked with all cook and glassware you may need. Lot of storage place. It also contains utility equipment: iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing- and dryer machine. Other essentials include: hair dryer, all the linens, towel.
