A quiet property in Zagreb whit a balcony
A property located in an elite part of Zagreb, surrounded by a peaceful and safe environment. Public transport in front of the house connects you to the city center in just a few minutes. Free parking is available in front of the house. The apartment includes WiFi, air conditioning, heating, and a balcony. Fully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner is always available and happy to assist.
The property is in a neighborhood separated from city noise by a forest, just 1 km from the residence of the President of Croatia. The balcony faces west.
I have been renting for over 10 years and have hosted guests from Moldova, Turkey, Jordan, Brazil, Mexico, Poland, France, and the Netherlands (both male and female), mostly exchange students and occasionally their parents. I have never had any issues, and I am confident it will remain that way.
Besides this property, I also rent a three-bedroom apartment (72 m2), usually by rooms, but I accept only two guests at a time for a more comfortable stay.
In the apartment photos, you can see two possible bed arrangements. Upon request, they can be quickly adjusted to either option.

If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
