- Set in the basement of a century-old building, this compact studio offers a private entrance, a comfortable double bed, a dining table for two, and a TV for winding down after a day of exploring.
- Kitchenette: Equipped with a two-burner electric stove, mini-fridge, coffee maker (coffee not included), electric kettle, and toasterperfect for a quick bite before heading out.
- Bathroom: Small but functional, with a shower.

Check-in time is from 3pm to 10pm and check-out must be done until 11am.
Late Check-In/Check-Out: Extra fee of €25.
"Self-catered" property: Basic items are provided as a courtesy upon arrival, with no replacements.
Bed linen and towels are provided based on the confirmed guest count.
Extra cleaning or linen changes require 24h notice and an additional fee.
Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
Guests are responsible for the keys. Avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. Costs for damage or technical assistance to open doors will be charged to the guest and penalty for key loss.
The property has noise monitoring sensors that measure decibel levels only, ensuring privacy with no cameras or sound recording, for everyone`s comfort.
