Sunny flat with river view in Lisbon
The flat is fully renovated and almost entirely surrounded by a balcony, which makes it very bright. It has a view to the Tagus and you can see the sunrise, the sunset and the moon from the balcony. There are shades if you want less light during the day.
The place feels spacious and is very cozy to work and relax. The living room is integrated with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a desk with a comfortable chair and lamps for softer light and a sofa. There is a small table one can open in case one wants to have coffee or work while looking at the river. Internet connection is stable and fast. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and the mattress is super comfortable and new.
There are a washing machine, a dishwasher, a cooktop, and an oven. The bathroom is clean and functional. The building is cleaned daily and has an elevator.
The place is close to public transportation (bus stop three minutes away and Arroios subway station 12 minutes away). There are many restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops close by.
