Set in a vibrant area full of restaurants, bars, and activity, it`s the perfect starting point for those looking to dive into the city`s energy. Note that the atmosphere can be lively and noisy, especially on weekendsan authentic experience of Lisbon`s urban life.
Like many older buildings in this historic city, the apartment features wooden floors that add charm but can be a bit noisy when walked on.
Parking is paid, on the street, and subject to availability.
Bedrooms
The apartment offers two bedrooms, both with double beds and electric heaters for extra comfort. One of the bedrooms is en suite, ensuring privacy and convenience.
Bathrooms
There are two modern bathrooms with showers. As they are interior bathrooms, we recommend keeping the doors open whenever possible and airing out the apartment regularly during your stay to prevent moisture buildup (and associated odors).
Living/Dining Room
The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. Enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV, relax on the inviting sofa bed, or share a meal with friends at the dining table for 4.
Terrace
The apartment includes a relaxing terrace with a dining table for 4. It`s ideal for a quiet break or an informal outdoor dinner. Please note that the terraces are connected, creating an open and shared atmosphere.
Kitchen
The equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare quick or cozy meals: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included).

The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included.
Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen changes can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
A crib and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
