This modern apartment is located on the fourth floor of a recent building with an elevator, in the charming coastal city of Espinho, known for its beautiful beaches and welcoming atmosphere. Just a 20-minute walk from the beach, the apartment is situated in a peaceful residential area.
Free parking is available on the street in front of the building (subject to availability).
Please note that it is necessary to climb 7 steps to access the building.
The natural light that floods the rooms through the large balcony windows is the highlight of this apartment, creating a pleasant sense of continuity with the outdoors and connecting to a lovely balcony space. The furniture is modern and minimalist, complemented by carefully chosen pops of color that bring vibrancy to the space.

Additional Information:
* The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
* Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
* The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
* Check-in time starts at 16:00 (after 22:00 a fee of 25€ is applied) and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
* During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
* Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
* Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
* The pool may be undergoing maintenance without prior notice from the condominium.
