Beautiful house in Budapest green area
Beautiful family house in one of the most beautiful green areas of Budapest, in the second district, Hűvösvögy.
Perfect for a family of up to 4 people, a couple, or even a smaller digital nomad group.
The house is 160 square meters and has a large garden. The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one bedroom currently functions as an office, but can be converted upon request). On the ground floor there is a 50 sqm American kitchen dining room and living area.
The specialty of the garden is a garden pavilion under which a small stream flows. Parking is free on the street, the nearest bus stop is a few minutes' walk from the house.
Location:
20 minutes by car, 30-35 minutes by public transport to Buda center (Szél Kálmán tér). There is a forest at the end of the street, a 10-minute walk away. In this quiet, green area, there are many possibilities for excursions.
On request, it is also possible to rent a car or a 125 scooter next to the house.
