Fully equipped kitchen with 150l water heater, induction hob, extractor fan, ventilated oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, combined fridge.
All kitchen utensils and essential small appliances will be available such as citrus juicer, hand blender and chopper, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen set, etc.
The apartment has a pantry.
In the kitchen there is an individual storage space for the tenant.
In the bathroom there is an individual storage space for the tenant.
The bedroom has a tall wardrobe with two doors (with one mirror), a single bed, a chest with three drawers, a small table with a TV and a 60x120cm table with a chair.

Linen included: sheets, 4 season duvet, extra blanket and towels.
