The flat is located on the second floor of a well-maintained building. Lift. All the furniture in the room is new (bed, mattress, wardrobe, table...).
The apartment does not have a separate sleeping room - the living room/sleeping area is ONE large room.
The kitchen is a separate, small room.
The apartment has household appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
