Fully equipped studio in the Les Tendetes neighbourhood. 7 minutes walking from the bus station, 10 minutes from the old town of Valencia (El Carmen neighbourhood). Just 5 minutes from the Turia River Garden, an 8 km garden that surrounds the old city of Valencia. It has a double room, kitchen, bathroom, living room and small balcony.
Living room equipped with a two-seater sofa, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for teleworking, air conditioning, a desk for working. Double room, with a 135 cm double bed and wardrobe. Full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and kitchen utensils ( no oven) . Access to a small balcony. The entire apartment is exterior and very luminous.
First floor without elevator.
Family area, with supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby.
Supplies are included up to a limit of 150 euros/month (electricity, water, gas and internet). An inventory of belongings will also be provided that will be available to tenants.
A seasonal rental contract is required, a minimum rental period of 1 month and a maximum of 11 months, as well as an additional deposit of one month.
