Cozy apartment located in the heart of Ruzafa, the fashionable neighbourhood in Valencia. It is located 15 minutes from the North train station and Joaquín Sorolla station. Close to the Bailén, Alacant and Xátiva metro stations (airport line).
Next to the apartment there are all kinds of services, restaurants, bicycle rental, supermarkets and large terraces.

Kitchen, dining room, double bedroom (135 cm bed) with ceiling fan and cupboards/storage space, single bedroom (90 cm bed) with cupboards/storage space. Interior apartment with lots of light, and good distribution of the space. Individual Electric heating per room and air conditioning in the living room room. Full bathroom, kitchen equipped with washing machine, fridge, kettle, capsule coffee maker, microwave, oven and everything you need for your rent. Large dining room with sofa, television, wifi and work area.

Supplies are included up to a limit of 150 euros/month (electricity, water, gas and internet). An inventory of belongings will also be provided that will be available to tenants.
