A double room with a 150cm bed and wardrobes, a single room with a work space. Full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob and kitchen utensils.

Supplies are included up to a limit of 150 euros/month (electricity, water, gas and internet). An inventory of belongings will also be provided that will be available to tenants.
A seasonal rental contract is required, a minimum rental period of 1 month and a maximum of 11 months, as well as an additional deposit of one month.
