The apartment has two large, separately accessible rooms, each 20.5 sqm, making it perfect for two tenants or as a living room-bedroom combo. It`s modern, bright, and almost all the furniture and appliances you see in the photos will stay for the new tenant.
When you step inside, you`ll find a spacious dining kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and a gas stove with an electric oven. There`s even a small pantry for extra storage.
