Our 38 sqm studio apartments are perfect for the everyday tourists, business men and families.
We provide 3 beds with fresh washed sheets and towels, a large TV, A/C, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Furthermore the fully equipped kitchen contains a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, oven and is perfect to cook a simple meal. The apartment is modern and suitable for 1-3 people.
Parking place can be booked in a deep garage for an extra fee of 15 Eur / car / day. Reservation is necessary in advance.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
