Room in a sunny apartment with sea views
Room in a bright and big apartment inside a community surounded by trees. Both roomates have our main residency somewhere else, so you'll be mostly on your own and sometimes sharing with us. (We are fun).
We are looking for someone who is respectful of the community and organized. If you have a green thumb, that`s a plus!
The room comes with a desk, a double mattress, a dresser, a small shelving unit, and a mirror. For clothing storage, you can use a section of the shared closets in the hallway or bring your own wardrobe.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
