The studio, located on the first floor of a modern building with an elevator, is designed with sleek, clean lines and complemented by unique, character-filled furnishings that add color and personality. - Living/Sleeping Area: Relax on a cozy double bed (140cm x 190cm) with a custom headboard, or unwind with your favorite show on the 43" TV.
The space is designed for both work and relaxation, with a dedicated dining table for two.
- Kitchenette: Fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay convenient – a 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, and Krups coffee machine (coffee pods not included). There's also a handy washing machine for your convenience.
- Bathroom: A sleek, modern bathroom with a rain-shower effect provides a refreshing experience. Since the bathroom has no windows, we recommend keeping the door open and airing the studio regularly to avoid any humidity buildup.
- Storage: A spacious built-in wardrobe in the hallway provides ample space to keep your belongings organized and your living area tidy.

The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
- Parking in the residential garage is subject to an extra cost of 5€/day.
