Apartment on the second floor of a building, with an elevator, in a historically rich area with a privileged location that combines urban features with a coastal environment. A short distance from the banks of the Tagus River, where you can enjoy pleasant walks along the riverside promenade, and just 850 meters from Algés Beach.
The simple design highlights the wood tones. The contrast provided by the petrol blue accent wall adds irreverence and modernity, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

The living room, a bright and spacious area, features a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table for two, and a convenient desk.
- Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, espresso coffee machine (coffee not included), and washing machines for both clothes and dishes.

It also features a built-in wardrobe with glass doors.

The apartment has an en suite bathroom with a bidet and shower.

Additional Information:
The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
