The house is in a privileged location, between the charm of the Mallorcan countryside and the proximity to Playa De Es Trenc just 10 minutes by car. The rural and natural atmosphere of the island is the perfect complement to a relaxing holiday. Around there are farms with horses, donkeys, sheep, goats, roosters and peacocks. Some cats live on the outside property. The room is private, upstairs on the first floor, cozy and equipped with everything necessary for your comfort. Fresh atmosphere, with an efficient fan and radiator, ideal for any time of the year, and a fairly large bathroom that will always be impeccable, you can relax in the bathtub, take hot or cold showers, and feel at home. There is also an outdoor shower. I recommend renting a car, however you can use my bike to get to the centre of Campos and from there take the bus (TIB) to the centre of Palma, the Airport, Manacor, Sa Rápita, Cala D´Or and surrounding areas. You have access to several key services that will make your stay more comfortable:-Supermarkets: Agromart, Lidl, Aldi, Müller and Mercadona, about 15 minutes away by car, offer a wide range of products for your daily needs.-Petrol Station: A nearby petrol station on the main road is perfect for those who need to refuel while exploring the island.-Pharmacy: In Sa Rápita, you will find a pharmacy for any health needs.-Restaurants: Several restaurants in the area, such as those in Sa Rápita and Ses Covetes, offer excellent local food and fresh seafood.-Gym: If you are interested in maintaining your exercise routine, the Gesport Balear Gym is just a short walk away. 15 minutes, with sauna, jacuzzi, pool, steam room and all the machines for just 8 euros a day. - Beaches: The nudist beach of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita, are just 45 minutes walking, 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bike.
