Private room and exclusive bathroom
I live with my 19-year-old son and two other kittens, in a large apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I am making one of the rooms available for rent monthly. This room in question is close to the living room, away from the other rooms, so that the tenant has greater privacy. It has a large and complete bathroom in front of the bedroom, which is exclusive to the tenant. The bedroom has direct access to a large terrace with sea views. The bedroom has a double bed, desk, dresser, wardrobe and desk.
The kitchen and living room can be shared with other residents.
The apartment is 500 meters from Brito beach. In the building there is a leisure area. Two supermarkets 200 meters away, pharmacy in the building itself.
There is a train station 1.3km away (17 minutes walking) where trains run towards Oporto or towards Aveiro.
Possibility to use the building's garage.
