The beach is about 50 meters away. Second floor with elevator and terrace. A 42-year-old mother and my three-year-old son live in the apartment. We avoid smoking in the house. I cannot admit pets or couples. Our home is a family home and abounds in tranquility and the typical sounds of a baby laughing, crying, playing, or coughing. I seek a respectful, clean, and calm coexistence; we take off our shoes when entering the house. People who need absolute silence to sleep are not welcome. The courtyard is small and some ambient noise from the neighbors can be heard. Our building is full of life :) The room has little natural light, it's interior. We are preferably looking for someone who leaves in the morning to work and returns in the afternoon/evening. No visits, no Tinder dates.
