The apartment has a double bedroom, and a second double bedroom, a complete bathroom, American kitchen, living room - dining room, porch and 60 m2 terrace on the edge of the sea.
The house is delivered fully equipped: Complete kitchenware, sheets, towels, beach towels, cutlery, dishes, etc.
The complex has a wonderful, carefully maintained garden next to the beach, which can be accessed directly from it.
It also has a huge and wonderful tennis court and a paddle tennis court.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
Of course, we also have a crib and high chair for the little ones.
The ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.

The accommodation has a parking space that is not numbered. It is subject to random availability that depends on the good work of the rest of the community members. In theory there should be one parking space per apartment, but some users may enter more than one vehicle. This inappropriate act by some users means that at some times, especially in high season, there is no free space. Both the agency and the owner are unaware of this misuse and are not responsible nor do they offer compensation in the event that parking is not available.
