Elegant apartment with Sea View
It is in a tranquil neighborhood, close to everything you may need (restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, etc.) and near the most beautiful beaches of Athens. You may need a transportation means or rent an Uber, as the walking distance from the market is 2 kilometers.
An apartment on the 3rd floor (with no other neighbor on the floor), made with love, decorated with precious classical furniture, real paintings, and a beautiful office desk with the library.
There are 2 bedrooms - one with a double queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The cupboards are spacious in both bedrooms. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with a basin. The kitchen is "more than" fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, big refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and all cutlery and cooking equipment. There is also a second bathroom with shower.
The verandas are big with iron old-style tables and chairs, to eat and watch the beautiful sea view.
You may park your car inside the entrance of the building, (although most guests prefer to park it outside, with no charge.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
