Our bright and modern apartment is part of the brand-new Ericeira Infinity building, located in the Urbiceira neighborhoodjust 1.3 km from one of Ericeira`s stunning beaches. With high-end finishes and access to a shared swimming pool, this is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy everything this beautiful coastal town has to offer.
Step inside and you`ll find an apartment designed for comfort and convenience, filled with natural light and offering spacious, well-thought-out areas. The fully equipped kitchen and living room open directly onto a 17m2 balcony, where you can soak in the fresh air. The primary bedroom (17m2) features a built-in wardrobe, a private 5m2 bathroom, and a comfortable bed (180cm x 200cm). The second bedroom (13m2) also has a built-in wardrobe, a 3m2 private bathroom, and a 140cm x 200cm bed. Both rooms include desks, making it easy to work remotely, and they both have access to the balcony. You`ll also find an entrance hall with extra storage and a guest lavatory.
Our apartment is energy-efficient, with an A+ energy certificate, double-glazed windows with thermal cut-off, electric shutters, air conditioning, and solar panels for water heating. The building is equipped with the latest communication technology, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay.
If you`re traveling with little ones, we`ve got you covered! Since we have a 5-year-old son, we`ve included a highchair, LEGO, Uno, and other toys to keep them entertained. We also have a kickboard scooter available, perfect for little explorers to get around town.
Completed in 2023, our home is located in a newly developed neighborhood, just a 12-minute walk from downtown Ericeira. While there`s still some construction in the area, we don`t find it disruptiveand with the windows closed, you won`t hear a thing!
