Exclusive loft located in Caniçal - Ponta S.Lourenço, a fishing village with all services on foot (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, cafe, ATM and public transport). It is on the eastern tip of the island.
The apartment is well equipped. It has an open space living room and kitchen - sea view, 1 bedroom with sea view and 1 bathroom. It has a south-facing balcony with sea views (desert islands) with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
