Cozy Apartment by the Beach
The apartment is located in a building that faces the Atlantic Ocean with a large community terrace and pool on top of the building. The pool is accessible for free from the 31st of May until the 30th of September. The rooftop terrace can be used all year round. It's a great place to view the sunset and the coast.
The apartment has new machines, everything was installed in 2023. It has a nicely sized balcony where you can work from or have a meal, enjoying a small view of the ocean.
The size of the apartment is super comfortable for 2 people, but it can also fit 4 for a short period, as the sofa in the living room can be turned into a double bed.
The apartment is an ideal place to work remotely with high wi-fi speed and 2 workstations with monitors. One of the desks can be turned into a standing desk and there is a compatible indoor bike if you fancy working out while on your computer.
