I am renting an apartment with three rooms. There is an option to rent the whole apartment or individual room. The monthly price of the individual room is 250 EUR (utilities included).
The apartment consists of 3 separate bedrooms, a separate bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Ideal for foreign students and digital nomads.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
