Beautiful 3 room apartment in 107 Vesturbær. Great location, 2 minutes walk to shops, café, services, swimming pool, 5 minutes walk the University of Iceland, and a 10 minute walk from the city centre.
85 m2, light, charming, with beautiful views. The apartment was entirely renovated in 2023 and is in pristine condition. It comprises of entrance with closets, kitchen, two living rooms (one can be used as a bedroom), a south facing balcony, a bedroom with spacious closets, and a bathroom with a tub. Bicycles can be parked in basement. Parking spaces in front of the building.
