Your plot, fenced around its entire perimeter and without nearby houses around it, will provide you with unique privacy and intimacy.
The entrance to the plot will allow you to access a parking area that can accommodate 3 vehicles.
The orientation of the house will allow you to enjoy the Sun at all hours of the day, you will be able to see sunrise and sunset and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.
The chlorine pool has all the necessary outdoor furniture to enjoy a refreshing swim or sunbathe. You can watch the children from the large terrace at the entrance of the accommodation or have lunch or dinner. The barbecue space also has the pool visible, so you can rest assured while cooking over charcoal or wood. The accommodation offers you a paella pan for 8 people (if you dare to make a paella) and racks to prepare the fish on the barbecue.
The distribution of the house consists of a modern American kitchen and living room with television. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare all the lunches, breakfasts or dinners you want with the greatest comfort.
The rooms are distributed with two rooms with a double bed and one room with three beds, two with a bunk bed and the other with a single bed. In the main double room there is air conditioning. All rooms are bright and have an exterior window.
