Located in the Chicharas area (Alhaurin el Grande) Villa Esmeralda has the balance of life in the countryside without forgetting the city. Just 10 minutes from the city center and 25 minutes from Malaga and Malaga Airport.
The accommodation at its entrance has a parking area for two vehicles. The house on top and the fully fenced plot distributes its 1,300 meters into small benches, which separate different areas of the garden. The little ones can enjoy the garden to play ball, since there is an area that does not have trees and is completely flat.
The house has a balcony/terrace where you can rest and have a coffee or read a book with one of the best views of Axarquía and the Guadalhorce Valley. Its comfortable garden furniture will allow you to have a pleasant rest surrounded by nature.
When the heat gets worse, you can swim in the kidney-shaped pool that the accommodation has. Equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers you can enjoy the Sun. Don't worry about the little ones because the entire perimeter of the pool is fenced and secured with gates.
At the entrance of the house, on the left is the living room with fireplace that also has access to the balcony area that runs through the entire house.
The kitchen, independent, has everything you need in kitchenware and small appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The accommodation has a toilet with a shower inside the house and another toilet with a shower outside, in the pool area.
