Located in the city of Torremolinos Cubo's Estudio Santa Clara offers you the tranquility, rest and peace of an intimate, quiet and very bright apartment. And all this tranquility, with the advantage of being located just a few meters from the center of Torremolinos and having very close connections by road and train. The location of the accommodation is excellent, either by taking the private elevator to the Paseo de la Carihuela/Playa del Bajondillo or through the reception you have all the food, restaurant and leisure businesses you may need.
Cozy and newly renovated studio with incredible sea views from the private balcony and the impressive terrace of the building. The renovation of the apartment was done in the spring of 2019 adding simplicity and quality to the accommodation. You can enjoy a study with a natural painting from the living room. On the terrace, a 180º view will always provide you with a view of the sea from any point in the accommodation.
Due to the orography in which the apartment is located and the layout of its terrace, you will always be able to see the beautiful sunrises of the Costa del Sol.
The common spaces of the accommodation are distributed over a large, spacious gazebo, with garden furniture and a bar (drinks not included in the price) where you can enjoy the large pool with access for people with reduced mobility.
We warn that pool hours may change, so upon arrival always check with the concierge or pay attention to the notifications that the community provides by the accommodation building.
If you are traveling with children (Crib and Highchair must be requested in advance and it is included in the price) don't worry, the perimeter of the common areas is fenced with high fences. There is a special children's pool and access to the lifts to the beach is restricted to resort users only using modern coded cards.
The distribution of the studio is very simple and functional. Living room with double bed. It also has a table and chair in the living room and a very functional kitchen that is hidden behind sliding doors. The ceramic hob kitchen has everything you need so you can enjoy your lunches on the fantastic 10 square meter terrace that the accommodation has.
The accommodation has a parking space.
