SAT/TV, central heating, 3 ACs, safe. Unlimited internet access through LAN and wlan. 5 min walking to the beach, 10 min walking to the center.
Our newly built, fully-equipped apartments, located within a villa in close proximity to the botanical gardens of Zlatni rt Park, and only 10 minutes walking distance from the beach Kuvi, are available for renting all year round.
The town of Rovinj and its 10 islands, their pleasant micro-climate and year round abundant sunny days, offer the opportunity to bathe in the sea and sunbathe in beautiful natural surroundings.
Other activities include long walks along the coast in the shade of pine trees, hiking in the picturesque heart of the Istrian peninsula, and bike riding by the Adriatic. You may also decide to experience the charms of in-land wine roads and enjoy gastronomic delights of the traditional Istrian cuisine. If you would rather go for a cultural discovery, Istria offers numerous historical monuments scattered throughout the entire peninsula, some of them dating as far back as the Roman empire.
If you enjoy free climbing, you can practice it on the coast in Punta Corrente Park or in the Lim channel . In case you prefer harder slopes for climbing, you can find them in the inner part of Istrian peninsula. Rovinj is an excellent starting point if you are planning to take some excursions involving sightseeing the natural beauties of the region, or observing the historical monuments, some of which are dated back to the Roman Empire. Furthermore, you can always enjoy a one-day trip to our neighbors'; the Lipica Stud Farm, the Postojna Cave, or a boat trip to Venice. The opportunities are many, it is up to you to decide.
