Delightful one bedroom apartment for long stays
The Madrazo flat is located on the ground floor of a historic building in the Sant Gervasi district of Barcelona.
The flat has one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and blackout blinds and a full ensuite bathroom with an Italian shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with a washer/dryer, small fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, kettle, and coffee maker, in addition to all the essential cookware.
The living area is very cosy with a comfortable sofa, television, and a dining table for 4.
The apartment is equipped with a security alarm linked to a camera that captures pictures if it goes off.
