Housing for students, Erasmus or professionals
MONTHLY RENTAL on a temporary basis, with 4 independent rooms and common areas (bathroom, kitchen and reception). The rooms all have exterior light and are bright. They have different sizes (13, 12, 12 and 8.5m2). The rooms have a 135x190 bed, except for the smallest one with a 90x190 bed. Each has a work area (desk and chair), as well as wardrobes of different sizes. All rooms have a 32" SMART TV. They have 1Gb fibre WIFI shared throughout the flat.
The rooms are equipped with bed linen and a set of towels.
The building has an elevator. It is a third floor. It has natural gas heating in all rooms.
A temporary rental contract is made, in this case, if the people who want to live together, want to rent it directly, in the name of all the people who live together.
