Located on the third floor, accessible only by stairs, the space features two comfortable bedrooms both with two single beds, a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area, a living room and one private bathroom. On the living room side it faces an urban street view, on the bedroom`s side it faces the building shared garden located on the first floor, to which you also will have access and where you can relax in the sun or unwind after a day of exploring the city.
Situated in a calm, family-friendly neighborhood, you'll find local shops and grocery stores just steps away, with easy access to the authentic charm of Lisbon. A 5-minute walk brings you to the famous tram 28, and within 10 - 15 minutes, you can visit iconic landmarks like Lisbon`s Cathedral, Alfama District or the Pantheon. The area is also filled with traditional restaurants where you can savor local cuisine.

The apartment offers a clear distinction between the living and sleeping areas. Both the bathroom and bedrooms are fully enclosed for added privacy.
