Newly renovated apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with the possibility of sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.
Accommodation works through self check-in/check-out. You need an internet connection on your cell phone to unlock the doors of the building and apartment.
It is possible to personally welcome guests, as well as hand over physical door keys, upon prior request.
The apartment is not suitable for small children, as we do not have a cot. However, we allow 1 baby, as long as the parents bring a crib or other equivalent device.
Maximum accommodation capacity: 3 guests (including children and babies).
At no time should the maximum occupancy of the apartment be exceeded. If we find that this rule has not been complied with, each additional guest will be charged a fee of 30 euros per night.
From 11/01/2024, the Loulé Municipal Tourist Tax will come into force. This rate applies to each guest (over 16 years old only), each night, for stays of up to 5 nights. This fee will be charged to you DIRECTLY BY US ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN. The fee is not included in the price of the stay.

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
