Apartment located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, just a few meters from the cosmopolitan Praça do Martim Moniz and one of Lisbon`s oldest neighborhoods, Mouraria.

Street parking (paid) is limited and subject to availability.

- Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own unique decor, wardrobes, and large French windows. One of the bedrooms also features a convenient desk.

A spacious, modern kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, and washing and dishwasher machines.
- Bathroom
The bathroom is characterized by its standout blue wall and an original light fixture, and features a spacious shower.

Additional Information:
The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
